Engr. Young-Nkire Eric
Chairman
Engr. Young Eric trained and qualified as an Engineer about two decades ago. Over the years, he has acquired extensive commercial experience with particular and not limited expertise in manufacturing/branding, marketing, supply chain, logistics and international business networking.
In 20 years, his Business Activities has spread across International Business Consultancy in different fields which includes but not limited to Carbon Economy Development, Organic Agribusiness, Commodity Trading Networking, Mining, Infrastructure and Real Estate development.
In the Petrochemical industry he worked with Eleme Petrochemical Plant Ltd., a NNPC subsidiary (1997 – 1999) as a Site Operator and Chevron Lubricant (2001-2004) as a Marketing officer in Nigeria respectively. He incorporated a private company Joerno Conceptions Ltd. on 10th October 2004 that first operated as a petroleum products distributor to ChevronTexaco Plc, Conoil plc, Bizol Lubricant Germany and Shell Petroleum Nigeria. He further extended his expertise in Petrochemical services to manufacturing their own Automobile, Marine and Industrial lubricant brands called Hilte Lubricant. In 2014/15 he consulted for Prize International Ltd., in formulating, blending, branding and marketing of PRIZE LUBE.
Presently he is the Chairman of RoadPlus Afrik Ltd., (www.roadplusafrik.com) the only Indigenous Cold Asphalt Road Concentrate Modifier manufacturer in West Africa and one of the only two in Africa, Keno Engineering and Homes Ltd., (www.keno.com.ng) an ultra-modern Engineering, Real Estate Design, Development, Construction and Management company, Widestone Bricks Ltd., and BarterAfrique International Ltd.
Young, for several years now has been offering mentorship to and overseeing the development of over 20,000 youths through organizing series of Workshops, Seminars, Conferences and entrepreneurship development programs with Non-profit Organizations in Nigeria.
Currently he has developed a consolidated international business networking platform with these associates: Vidaverde International Pte Ltd Singapore, Hubei B-villa Housing Engineering Co. Ltd China, GoldenPeak Capital Investment Ltd. Hong Kong, China-Africa Energy Group Ltd, GPN Solutions USA and others.
In 2022 his company Joerno Conceptions ltd., obtained a License to Mine, Purchase and Posses Solid Mineral in Nigeria and are in partnership with Xiamen Zhengdaqian Industry Co. Ltd., and a China based multi-national (N0. 189 of Fortune Global 500)
He is also the African Regional Coordinator for Geobjects Pty. Australia – an environmental analytics company that has developed a proprietary software for climate change mitigation and a carbon emission trading scheme. (www.geobjects.com).
Joy Young
Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer
Mrs. Joy Young is a successful serial entrepreneur, an inventor and astute administrator with about two decades post university grooming and practice that has seen her set up a couple of manufacturing concern and sits on several boards of ongoing and unfolding business entities.
Taking off with the solid foundation of a first degree in Food Science and Technology, she went on to cut her professional teeth as a Quality Control personnel in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector of the economy working with one of Nigeria’s most successful bottled water brand ‘Cascade’.
Her thirst for growth and development led to the oil and gas industry where she was exposed to and trained in high level investment and management at National Petroleum Investment Services (NAPIMS) – the Corporate Services unit in the Upstream Directorate of Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), an integral arm of the corporation which manages the Federal Government Investments in Joint Ventures, Production Sharing Contracts and other contract agreements in the Upstream Sector of the industry.
She further improved her well-rounded priming with yet another stint in the Telecoms industry before going on set up Nature Silhouette – an organic agribusiness that also manufactures purely organic cosmetics and beauty care products.
In addition to being the Founder, Chief Creative Officer and CEO of Nature Silhouette, she also sits on the board of Joerno Conceptions Ltd. – an International Business Consultancy and Commodity Trading Network. She is the co-founder and Managing Director/CEO of Keno Engineering and Homes Ltd., and Widestone Bricks Ltd – a cement block manufacturing company.
Joy also delights in philanthropy and is a volunteer with NGOs that engage taking care of the welfare and fitness of peoples and communities.
Engr.(Dr) Eyo, T.B.
Executive Director, Engineering Services.
Engr. (Dr) Eyo, T.B. is a COREN registered Engineer who has worked with the Federal Civil Service, Nigeria for a total of 35 years, 20 years and 15 years with Federal Ministry of Works and Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA) respectively. He left service as a Director (Research & Development), Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA).
He attended Enugu State University and Federal University of Technology, Akure for his Post Graduate Diploma and Master degree in Civil Engineering respectively. He also obtained a PhD in Highway Maintenance & Rehabilitation at the Federal University of Technology. Akure. Ondo State.
He has discovered so many innovations that has added value to the nation’s highway sector among them are “Pavement Resurfacing by Fumigation” a method of solving bleeding problem on the road, cold asphalt which he has patent certificate as a patentee. He is author of first ever technical journal on road maintenance in Nigeria. He also fabricated an asphalt plant by converting concrete mixer to mobile asphalt plant.
He has several awards which includes ‘International Who’s Who of Professional USA’. ‘First African black member of Asphalt Recycling and Reclaiming Association’ (ARRA), USA. An ‘International Ambassador for Peace’ (United Peace Federation) among others. He is a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), American Society of Engineers, Nigerian Institution of
Highway and Transportation Engineers (NIHTE), Nigeria Institution of Civil Engineers (NICE), Fellow Institute of Management Consultant (FIMC),Fellow Centre for Productivity(FCP) and a COREN examiner.
Engr (Dr)Eyo, T.B has attended several international conferences and seminars on roads in America, London, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, China, South Africa, and Canada.
He is currently the Managing Director/CEO of Besteng Nig. Ltd and Consultant, Senate Committee on FERMA, Past National Technical Secretary of Nigerian Institute of Highway and Transportation Engineers (NIHTE) and also the President, National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA). He is married with children.
Olugbenga Adeboye
Chief Administrative Officer
Gbenga is a thoroughbred practitioner and consultant in business development, integrated marketing communications, publishing and training/capacity & manpower development with over 30 years post university rich and diverse experience. He cut his teeth as Corp member of the National Youth Service Corp 1990/91 batch as sales supervisor with Nigerian Bottling Company (Coca-Cola) from where he moved into the world of marketing, promotions, public relations, tradeshows/exhibitions and event planning, and was on the team that planned, marketed and staged one the Nigeria’s Annual biggest tradeshows at City Hall, Lagos in 1992.
He then joined The Print House of Divine Inspiration (now Vision Media London) in 1994 and honed his skills in publishing and multi-format print production before setting up, in year 2000, IXP68 Digital – a specialist practice in Brand Development, Integrated Marketing Communications and Printing/Publishing Solutions with its own printing press and multi-format print production facility in Port Harcourt.
IXP68 will over the next two decades go on to consult for, and partner with numerous businesses in diverse sectors, contributing to their business development through research, start up and operational process advisory, product development and brand equity building through integrated marketing communication.
Gbenga also had a brief Stint as Associate Partner, at Intermac Consulting – a foremost electronic banking and digital economy consultancy; served as publications coordinator for the Rain Institute where he coordinated the successful publication of “The Review” magazine for two years; also, as General Manager of Essential Interiors and COO of Essential Interiors publications division, coordinated the publishing of Essential Interiors Magazine and successfully project managed the publishing and public presentation/launch of “Luxury Hotels in West Africa” – a collectors’ item coffee table book on tourism in Africa – an event that that brought top tourism investors and stakeholders together in May, 2011 at the prestigious Radisson Blu Hotel..
In 2015, he was appointed as advisor on research, policy development and strategic communication with the House of Representative of Nigeria’s National Assembly during the 8th assembly.
Gbenga is very passionate about youth and leadership development. He has volunteered with NGOs over the years, contributing to capacity development programs for hundreds of youths and emerging leaders on the business, spiritual and political fronts. He has also served as an associate and training facilitator with Teambuilding International – a human resource and team capacity development company, Wiseplanner Consulting – a financial and business development consultancy & BTH Therapy – a wellness and counseling consultancy.
Presently, he serves as a Business & Strategic Development Consultant to Keno Engineering and Homes Ltd., – Africa’s emerging game changer in the Real Estate sector. He also acts as Managing Director of TransAfrique Global Concern – an African Crown Agency, and was recently appointed as Senior Executive member of the global operations group of BTP Enterprise LLC – a sovereign wealth and asset management multi-national concern.
